Does a plan have at least 25 likes? The municipality will then do a feasibility check. The municipality then checks if:
The plan fits within the budget of € 30,000,-.
The plan contributes to one of the 4 themes.
The plan can be implemented within a year.
The person submitting the plan is willing and able to implement the plan themselves and where assistance is needed.
Money is only needed once to carry out the plan. Is money needed for more than one year? The municipality will then consider whether the plan can be financed and maintained in a different way.
The plan can be maintained by the initiators or the district office.
The plan complies with applicable laws and regulations.
The plan does not conflict with the policy of the municipality.
Permission is required from a site owner. If necessary, the municipality will look at what the options are.
A permit is required. And if so, whether it can be arranged.
There are no other (future) plans for that location, so the plan cannot be executed.
There are no other interests at play that prevent the plan from being implemented.
The plan is not outspokenly religious, political or commercial.
If a plan with some adjustments is feasible, the municipality will consult with the person who submitted the plan. Is the plan not feasible? Then the plan does not advance to the next round. The developers of the plans will receive a personal message about this.
